A 46" Nordhaven in for paint refinishing. The original black gelcoat had faded over the last 14 years and needed a midlife beauty treatment.

Mast and poles were removed for shop access and original gel coat was prepped, repaired, primed and sanded.

5 coats of Jet Black Awlgrip polyurethane topcoat were sprayed on the hull before Vivid Red and Whisper Grey stripes were applied.

The process took approx 2 months to complete, but will give years of service and reduced maintanence - no more waxing!
