A 56' Swan in for repainting of the hull. Due to the dark color of the hull, the surface heats up in the sunshine and "post-cures" the fiberglass hull structure, causing internal stiffeners and roving pattern to print through and distort the surface. Refairing of the hull included the use of long boards with 80 grit, followed by 120 grit. Priming started with Awlgrip's High Build Epoxy primer, longboarding with 120 grit prior to priming with Awlgrip's 545 Epoxy Primer.

Great care is taken when lifting the 85' triple spreader rig into place.

It takes a gentle hand on the controls of the crane. Blackline removes and resteps close to 100 masts throughout the year.
