Repair Work

We offer a wide range of repairs to composite structures including:

• All types of trailerable power and sail boats
• Kayaks, rowing shells and canoes
• Recreational vehicles
• Other advanced composite structures

Paint refinishing, yacht rigging, and metal fabrication (stainless and aluminum) are also core activities at this facility

Production Capabilities

Blackline maintains a division for limited production run manufacturing. We boast capability across the board from closed cavity vacuum fabrication to chopper gun lay-ups. Our production capability is designed for highly finished components. Examples include personal steam chambers and custom small boats.

Mold Making

We also offer a tooling service for the surfacing of CNC machined plugs or CNC "direct to" molds. Marine and industrial mold making and mold resurfacing is available for components up to 30 feet.
