Mobile Work / Work Aloft

We do provide mobile services for installations or repair, static and dynamic tuning, service to winches, and running gear. Our mobile riggers are able to work aloft for installations or repair, on or off site.

Inspect / Consult

We are happy to provide inspections, and consulting on any project you may have.

Our well equipped rig shop ensures we're more effective and efficient. Overhead trollies assist with movement of masts as well as ease of access to fittings.

The upper spinnaker pole end was cut off of the carbon fibre tube. The end of the tube had "mushroomed" out of shape and the end fitting was loose due to electrolysis between the carbon tube, the stainless rivets and the aluminum end fitting. The lower pole is the completed repair including replacement of the cut off material, installing a Delrin bushing and bonding of the new end fitting with Sikaflex instead of the rivets. We also added a wrap of Kevlar at each end for abrasion resistance and esthetics.
