I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work that all of you did on my American Tug, Mojo Workin.
Since she has been back home, she has gotten a great many complements on how good she looks, and several people have actually told me that they thought I got a new boat.
Everyone asks where I had the work done, and I am happy to give Blackline my strongest recommendation.

It has always been a great comfort to my Dad, and now me, to be able to trust implicitly in the work that you do and the care that you take with Windrush II. To our family, she’s much more than just a boat.

It is rare to find the combination of individual talent, creative team work and artisan level of skills in a single group of people – which is what Blackline Marine is. I had a unique problem with the Nick Jackson davits we put on our Grand Banks 42′ Motor Yacht two years ago and the new “dream dinghy” we just bought. The threefold increase in dinghy weight showed the lack of needed structural stiffness in the stern construction when we first hoisted the dinghy.
The davit system, though properly sized, did not have the structurally rigid base it needed to anchor to. Brent, with a member of each team within Blackline – metal fabrication – fiberglass – rigging all brainstormed both on the spot and then throughout the process to custom design and fabricate a system of stainless steel internal framework that transferred the load to the stringers internally and freed the load from the stern fiberglass.
Throughout the process the teamwork element was constructive, positive, and inspired with a group of talented fellows who truly enjoyed their work. The positive corporate culture evident was a very high testimonial to me of a well managed and effective company.
Friendly and obliging while creating a functional masterpiece solution – I could not ask for more.

A sailing acquaintance asked me Friday evening my thoughts about work we’ve had done at Blackline. I said it’s like a credit card advert – the peace of mind we get from having it done right is priceless.
I Recently had Paul from your rig shop install a Raymarine anemometer and fish its cable down the mast. He arrived at the time we had agreed to, had all the tools required… and had a plan of how he would complete the task. When plan “A” couldn’t work he immediately had a new plan to solve the problem. I found Paul to be very efficient, knowledgeable, confident and pleasant to have worked with. I was impressed! Thank you Blackline and thank you Paul.
The workmanship on all of the work done on “Malaika” was absolutely first class. To say that we are pleased is an understatement. We would be pleased to recommend Blackline Marine to anyone who wants to have first class work done.

I just wanted to follow up and give some feedback after bringing my Epic surfski in for repair last week. I really appreciated how the whole process went, right from the initial phone call with Matt, the quote, and the great work done by Andrea. Thank you very much Matt and Andrea for patching the hole in the boat and making it such a painless process. I also appreciated that the quote was accurate to the amount of work that ended up being required. Nobody likes having a damaged boat and it is nice to have the repair process be trouble free.
