Yacht Rigging
Our rigging department has a dedicated shop able to house spars up to 90′ long. Our crew of professional riggers are expert at installing, inspecting and maintaining all types of rigging components.
We offer a full range of services including removal and re-stepping of spars, hydraulic repair, refinishing using Awlgrip™ and complete repair and overhaul. These services are offered on aluminum, carbon fibre and wood spars. Our hydraulic swager produces high quality straight terminals in up to 1/2″ diameter cable. Mechanical fittings such as Stalok and Norseman are also available, as is hand splicing, leathering, and other custom finishing.
Lifelines can be made in coated wire, bare wire or composite materials.
Blackline also offers sales and service for Navtec, Holmatro, Sailtec, and Harken hydraulics.
